This is exactly what we do. We are not all a money hungry company but we are a company that needs to make money and when our tenants do not pay rent, that is a problem for us. Pros Although the company is fairly new they try their best to make sure that we have a great culture. Coming to FirstKey was one of the best career decisions that I've made! Application I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FirstKey Homes Saint Louis, MO US in July 2018. Interview I was first contacted through email to set up a phone interview, which I did. The next day Elizabeth called and we chatted about the company, the requirements and my experience in the field. She was very nice and very professional and made the entire conversation go very smoothly. I was told my info would be sent to my local areas manager and she would let me know either way whether they would be continuing with my application. It was, I believe 2 days later Elizabeth contacted me again to set up a face to face interview with my local people. I am excited to meet them this coming Tuesday. They will ignore your colls when time coMes to make Your WHOLE payment. Company policy is to receive bids from contractors to complete repairs above a specified cost and to ensure we are using licensed individuals to complete the repairs. We are doing things in our space that has yet to be done and in that, work can be challenging but worth the efforts we believe. The same was done for the laundry clog.
